我矿为一小型露天矿。我们分别在1980年5月和1981年3月份在峒室爆破中成功地使用华丰化工厂生产的非电导爆管取得满意的效果。现仅将我矿应用非电导爆系统某些做法介绍如下: (一)峒室爆破网路 在确定爆破网路时,首先要以爆破现场的通道和爆破条件为前提,合理确定爆破网路的布置并形成相应的爆破顺序。所适用的爆破网路应该是安全可靠,且网路最短、联接点最少。 我矿非电导爆系统的网路有简单簇联复式网路,簇并联复式网路和导爆索加强复式网路等三种布置形式。
Mine is a small opencast mine. We succeeded in using the non-conductive bursts produced by Huafeng Chemical Plant in the blasting of the tunnels in May 1980 and March 1981, respectively, to obtain satisfactory results. Now only some of my practice of non-conductive blasting system of mine application are described as follows: (a) blasting network in the blasting network to determine burst network, we must first blasting the site of the channel and blasting conditions as a prerequisite for a reasonable blast network Arrange and form the corresponding blasting sequence. The applicable burst network should be safe and reliable, with the shortest network and the least connection point. My network of non-electrical conductivity of blasting system has a simple cluster network of multiple networks, cluster-parallel network and triple detonation cord to enhance the layout of three networks.
