目的探讨对骨外科围术期患者进行分期健康教育的临床效果。方法实验时间为2015年11月至2016年11月,实验对象为在本院接受骨外科手术的80例患者,将所有患者随机分为实验组以及对照组,每组40例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予分期健康教育,实验结束后,对两组患者的健康知识掌握程度以及满意度进行比较分析。结果通过对比发现,实验组患者的上述指标与对照组之间有显著差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对骨外科围术期患者进行分期健康教育可取得较好的手术效果,能有效地提升患者对健康知识的掌握程度,还可提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of staging health education in patients undergoing perioperative orthopedic surgery. Methods The experimental period was from November 2015 to November 2016. The subjects were 80 patients undergoing orthopedic surgery in our hospital. All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine Nursing, experimental group were given staged health education, after the end of the experiment, the two groups of patients to grasp the degree of health knowledge and satisfaction were compared. Results By comparison, there was significant difference between the above indexes of the experimental group and the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Staging of health education in patients undergoing perioperative period of osteosurgery can achieve better surgical outcomes, improve patient mastery of health knowledge effectively, improve patient satisfaction and deserve clinical promotion and application.
