广藿香及制剂中广藿香醇的含量测定方法尚未见报道，《中国药典》1990年版对广藿香醇仅制定了鉴别反应。广朴止泻液由多味药材组成，成分复杂。本文对广藿香醇的提取方法和色谱条件进行了探索，制订出含量测定的方法。本方法可排除处方中其它成分的干扰，快速简便，准确性好。1
The method for determining the content of patchoulol in patchouli and its preparations has not been reported yet. The 1990 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia only set forth a differential reaction for patchouli alcohol. Guang Pu Zhixie consists of many herbs and has complex ingredients. In this paper, the extraction method and chromatographic conditions of patchouli alcohol were explored and the content determination method was established. This method can eliminate the interference of other components in the prescription, and it is quick and easy and accurate. 1
