江苏徐州市鼓楼区教研室的特级教师于永正,是全国闻名的小学语文教学专家。本刊曾在去年第12期的“教育名人录”专栏中介绍过他,并多次发表、转载过他的作品,受到读者的欢迎和好评。自本期起,本刊在“耕耘录”栏目中开辟“于永正教育艺术随笔”小栏目,陆续刊登于老师撰写的反映自己几十年教育教学经验及体会的文章,希望能对读者有所裨益。
