近年来,我国体育事业在国家的大力支持下获得快速发展,有关体育概念的内涵和外延也发生了明显的变化,学术界对体育的本质以及体育的教育价值的研究也在不断深入,这推动了体育教学工作的快速发展。对体育的本质进行研究,可以增强对体育教育规律的把握,提高教学效果。文中主要分析了体育的本质、体育教育价值、以及体育教育的实施策略。
