目的:建立肉制品中硫酸阿托品的测定方法。方法:采用超声波提取工艺,以高效液相色谱法(HPLC)法对肉制品中的硫酸阿托品含量进行测定。结果:本法的精密度在3.9%~4.5%之间,回收率在81.3%~88.9%。结论:本法操作较为简便,具有较好的精密度和准确度,适合于肉制品中的硫酸阿托品含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of atropine sulfate in meat products. Methods: Ultrasonic extraction was used to determine the content of atropine sulfate in meat products by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results: The precision of this method was between 3.9% ~ 4.5% and the recovery rate was between 81.3% ~ 88.9%. Conclusion: This method is relatively simple to operate, with good precision and accuracy, suitable for determination of atropine sulfate in meat products.
