进口汽车配件国产化从80年代中期就开始谈论和组织生产,经多年实践,虽取得一定成效,但可谓举步维艰。由于国产化工作一哄而起,鱼龙混杂,导致质量信誉不高,用户望而却步,有的用户不分良莠,盲目崇洋,再加上经营进口汽车配件利润丰厚,一些商人争相进口每年高达8亿美元左右,更导致国产件难以发展。为此笔者提出如下建议和设想: 1.要从发展民族汽车工业的高度出发,搞好进口汽车配件国产化的开发工作。上海汽车工业总公司踏实抓紧桑塔纳轿车配件国产化工作,经过几年努力,1991年达到了70%。这充分说明,只要认真抓,是能取得成效的。
