软件产业作为信息产业的重要组成部分,在新经济中扮演着核心产业的角色。本文利用2003~2009年上海市软件产业的面板数据,通过运用基于DEA距离的Malmquist指数法对上海市软件产业近年来全要素生产率变化及其构成要素进行测度和年际分析,同时,本文分中心城区、近郊区、远郊区三个地区分析了全要素生产率的地域差异。结果表明:上海市软件产业全要素生产率的整体表现较好。生产率的提高主要是依托管理水平提高,技术进步的作用相对微弱;从地域上来看,中心城区和远郊区的全要素生产率要明显好于近郊区,而带来这一差异的主要原因分别是管理水平和规模效益。最后,总结了上述实证研究结果并提出了相应的政策建议。
As an important part of the information industry, the software industry plays a key role in the new economy. In this paper, the panel data of Shanghai’s software industry from 2003 to 2009 are used to measure and analyze the annual TFP changes and their components in Shanghai’s software industry by using the Malmquist index method based on DEA distance. At the same time, Urban areas, suburbs, suburbs of the three regions analyzed the total factor productivity of the regional differences. The results show that the overall performance of total factor productivity of Shanghai’s software industry is better. The improvement of productivity mainly depends on the improvement of management level and the relative weakness of technological progress. From the geographical point of view, the total factor productivity of central urban area and outer suburbs is obviously better than that of suburban areas. The main reasons for this difference are management Level and scale benefits. Finally, summarize the above empirical results and put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
