目的 :总结探讨支气管异物取出术麻醉方法。方法 :对 3 0 0例支气管异物麻醉处理均采用γ -OH60 -80mg/kg静推速度 10 0mg/分钟复合吸入安氟醚浓度由 1%～ 5 %逐渐增大 ,待肌肉松驰后 ,行支气管镜检术。结果 :本次 3 0 0例支气管异物取出术麻醉效果均满意 ,无一例并发症及死亡出现。结论 :本组麻醉用药配伍具有良好的肌松作用、镇静作用抑制咽喉反射和咳嗽反射 ,对呼吸循环抑制较小 ,是一种理想的支气管异物取出术的麻醉方法 Objective: To summarize the method of anesthesia for removal of bronchial foreign body.
