以宏达国际酒店高层建筑桩筏基础为工程背景,采用Poulos位移解计算桩土刚度,Reissner厚板理论分析桩基筏板,并利用该方法对桩筏体系的总体沉降、差异沉降、桩顶反力、筏板内力等结果进行了计算。此法较现有的桩基设计规范中基于筏板绝对刚性假定的计算具有一定的优越性。通过分析计算结果总结变化规律,认为荷载密度对此类基础的局部沉降、桩顶反力影响较大。分析结果能够为高层桩筏基础工程的设计提供有益参考。
Taking the piled high-rise piled raft foundation of Hongda International Hotel as the engineering background, the Poulos displacement solution was used to calculate the pile-soil stiffness and the Reissner slab theory was used to analyze the pile raft. The method was used to analyze the total settlement, differential settlement, Reaction force, raft internal force and other results were calculated. This method has some advantages over the existing pile foundation design code based on the assumption of raft absolute rigidity. By analyzing and calculating the results and summarizing the variation rules, it is considered that the load density has a great influence on the local settlement of such foundation and the reaction force of pile top. The results of the analysis can provide useful reference for the design of high-rise piled raft foundation engineering.
