1999年长江和太湖流域发生了大洪水,北方地区发生了严重的干旱灾害。汛后各地按照国家防总去年第三次全体会议的部署,大力开展水利建设,为做好今年防汛抗旱工作奠定了基础。最近,国家防总对长江、黄河等大江大河和部分重点病险水库进行了防汛检查。现将主要情况和当前工作安排意见汇报如下。
In 1999, there was a flood in the Yangtze River and Taihu Lake basins, and a serious drought disaster occurred in the north.
