糖原合成酶激酶-3(GSK-3)于1980年被鉴定出来是一个调节糖原代谢的蛋白激酶。随着认识的逐步深入,发现该酶是一种多功能的蛋白激酶,在细胞内多种信号传导通路中扮演重要角色,影响了糖原的合成、基因转录和细胞分裂循环增殖等重要生理过程,并参与了人类许多疾病的发生、发展过程[1~4]。
