长期慢性镉中毒可以使肾小球受到损害,导致尿白蛋白含量的增加。由于不同年龄健康人尿中白蛋白的含量不同,所以为了更准确地评价镉对肾脏损害的程度,有必要对不同年龄健康人尿中白蛋白进行调查,摸清其水平状况及分布规律。1 方法 随机选择在当地居住30年以上的居民253名,年龄从35~84岁。样品采集为即时尿,然后冷藏。尿白蛋白浓度按尿微蛋白酶免疫测定试剂盒进行分析。尿肌酐(Cr)采用饱和苦味酸法测定。用EPI(第5版)软件进行数据统计。
Long-term chronic cadmium poisoning can damage the glomeruli, resulting in increased urinary albumin content. As different levels of urine albumin in different ages, so in order to more accurately evaluate the extent of cadmium damage to the kidneys, it is necessary to investigate different levels of albumin in urine of healthy people to find out its level and distribution. 1 Method 253 randomly selected residents living in the area for more than 30 years, aged from 35 to 84 years old. Samples were taken for immediate urine and then refrigerated. Urine albumin concentration by urine micro-protease immunoassay kit for analysis. Urinary creatinine (Cr) was measured by saturated picric acid method. Use EPI (5th Edition) software for statistics.
