本文通过高速多缸活塞式制冷压缩机的增大气阀通流面积、改变气阀弹簧刚性、吸气过热度和相对余隙容积等的试验研究,验证了文献[1]中提高K_e值的理论分析是正确的,从而为改进压缩机某些零部件的结构和技术参数以及提高压缩机K_e值提供了重要的试验依据。
In this paper, the theory of increasing the K_e value in literature [1] is verified by the experimental research on increasing the valve flow area, changing the valve spring rigidity, suction superheat and relative clearance volume of a high-speed multi-cylinder piston refrigeration compressor. The analysis is correct, which provides an important experimental basis for improving the structure and technical parameters of some compressor components and improving the compressor K_e value.
