为了解××研究所研制的溴莫普林对临床常见致病菌的体外抗菌作用,用临床分离的505株菌进行MIC、MBC及杀菌曲线等试验,证实该药物对志贺氏菌、沙门氏菌、非O_1群霍乱弧菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、嗜血流感杆菌、肺炎球菌具有较好的抗菌作用,志贺氏菌、非O_1群霍乱弧菌的MIC_(50)、MIC_(90)均为0. 125,0. 25mg/L.溴莫普林的抑菌效果与TMP基本相同,与SMZ协同抑菌作用明显好于溴莫普休、TMP.
