Shanghai Hualian (Group) Co., Ltd. was established on July 1, 1995. It is the first pilot unit of Shanghai’s modern enterprise system that manages the state-owned assets authorized by law and has the functions of both asset management and commodity management. At the end of 1994, the Group approved the total assets of 2.124 billion yuan, the sales scale of 4.457 billion yuan and the profit of 64.8 million yuan. The main operating companies, in addition to the Group Holdings Shanghai Hualian Co., Ltd., Shanghai Fashion Co., Ltd., the other six wholly-owned or custodian companies carry varying degrees of historical debt, including Shanghai, clothing and shoes companies 3 units 94 years
