“思想上入党”主要解决的是党员的思想归属问题,是毛泽东党建思想的重要组成部分。改革开放后,中国社会阶层结构的变化和党的建设过程中出现的一些现实问题给新时期党的建设提出了新课题,迫切要求解决好党员的“思想上入党”问题。同时“思想上入党”也是新时期引导党政干部树立正确“世界观、人生观和价值观”的前提条件和重要思想保证。
“Ideological joining the Party ” mainly solves the problem of the ideological ownership of Party members and is an important part of Mao Zedongs party-building ideology. After the reform and opening up, the changes in the social stratum structure in China and some real problems that emerged during the process of party building put forward new tasks for the party building in the new period, and urgently demanded the resolution of the party members’ ideological access to the party. At the same time, “joining the Party on the basis of ideology” is also the precondition and the important guarantee for guiding party and government cadres in establishing a correct “world outlook, outlook on life and values” in the new era.
