偏二甲基肼(VDMH)是一种无色液体,主要作为导弹和火箭的推进剂燃料使用。常温下易挥发,对人员会产生潜在的有害的影响。我国尚无VDMH在车间空气中最高容许浓度的卫生标准规定,为此,开展本题研究,提出该卫生标准的建议值。 实验采用的动物为小鼠、大鼠和家兔,设高、中、低浓度组和对照共四个实验组,在分别四个1m~3动式吸入染毒柜中进行工业暴露方式染毒6个月,停止染毒后又实验观察3个月。实验期间观察动
Dimethylhydrazine (VDMH) is a colorless liquid that is used primarily as a fuel for missiles and rocket propellants. Volatile at room temperature, will have potentially harmful effects on personnel. China has no VDMH in the air in the workshop the maximum allowable concentration of health standards, for which to carry out the study of the problem, put forward the recommended value of the health standards.
