肺部原发性平滑肌肉瘤少见 ,现报告 5例如下。　　一、一般资料病例来自本院及淮北市人民医院 195 8 1998年间手术切除标本 ,经病理、特殊染色及免疫组化证实。5例中男 4例 ,女 1例。年龄 39～ 6 4岁 ,平均 49岁。病程 1个月～ 6年。病变位于右上肺叶 3例 ,右下及左上肺叶各 1 Pulmonary primary leiomyosarcoma rare, now report 5 cases as follows.
