中国经济经过长期多年的增长后,近些年正在经历着增长阶段的转换,转入“新常态”阶段。面对这种阶段转换,如何适应和引领新常态成为讨论的热点。文章基于现阶段调整和转换的大背景,阐述了中国经济进入新常态后宏观情景诸多变化的典型事实,并从微观角度识别中国目前出现经济失衡和增长困局的逻辑机制。未来对于中国经济失衡的纠偏和增长的破局,重点在于供给侧的调整和发力。
After years of long-term economic growth, the Chinese economy is experiencing the transformation of the growth phase in recent years and moving into the “new normal” phase. Faced with this phase of transition, how to adapt and lead the new normal has become a hot topic of discussion. Based on the background of adjustment and conversion at the present stage, the article expounds the typical facts of many changes in the macroscopic scenario after China’s economy entered a new normal and identifies the current logical mechanism of economic imbalances and growth dilemma in China from a micro perspective. In the future, for the correction of China’s economic imbalance and the breaking of growth, the emphasis is on the supply side’s adjustment and development.
