本文对象为17名中长跑运动员。其中8名应用自由基清除合剂Ⅰ号配方1周,发现停药当天400m×8、间歇3分钟速度耐力成绩平均提高3″3,提高比率8/8,对照组平均提高-0″4,提高比率2/9,二组相比,P<0.001;停药后4天10kM越野成绩平均提高1′4,提高比率8/8,对照组平均提高-2″3,提高比率1/9,二组相比P<0.001;停药后7天参加华东地区田径分区赛,与历史最高比赛成绩相比,用药组提高比率8/8,对照组提高比率1/7,提示自由基清除合剂Ⅰ号配方能改善人体生理机能,提高运动能力。
