目的探讨浆细胞在大鼠慢性牙周炎(Chronic periodontitis,CP)与IgA肾病及复合模型肠系膜淋巴结中的表达及其意义。方法将40只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、CP组、IgA肾病组(IgAN组)、复合组(IgAN+CP)4组,每组10只,于16w末处死大鼠,留取各组大鼠血、尿、肠系膜淋巴结,检测各组大鼠血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿蛋白及肠系膜淋巴结中浆细胞的表达。结果 IgAN组、复合组的Scr、BUN及尿蛋白明显高于对照组、CP组(P<0.05),复合组明显高于IgAN组(P<0.05),复合组大鼠出现血尿的只数多于其他各组。肠系膜淋巴结病理显示,复合组肠系膜淋巴结HE染色可见有大量的浆细胞,IgAN组较少,CP组介于两者之间,对照组偶可见。结论复合组大鼠血肌酐、尿素氮、尿蛋白改变更显著,肠系膜淋巴结中的浆细胞更多,CP促进大鼠IgAN肾损伤和肾功能的进展,浆细胞的增多可能促进IgA在肾脏的沉积。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of plasma cells in rat chronic periodontitis (CP) and IgA nephropathy (GC) and mesenteric lymph nodes of complex model. Methods 40 SD rats were randomly divided into control group, CP group, IgA nephropathy group (IgAN group) and compound group (IgAN + CP group) 4, 10 rats in each group. Rats were sacrificed at the end of 16 weeks, Serum, urine and mesenteric lymph nodes were detected in rats. Serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), urinary protein and plasma cells in mesentery lymph nodes were detected. Results The levels of Scr, BUN and urinary protein in the IgAN group and the compound group were significantly higher than those in the control group and CP group (P <0.05), and were significantly higher in the combined group than those in the IgAN group (P <0.05) In other groups. The pathology of mesenteric lymph nodes showed that there were a large number of plasma cells in HE staining of mesenteric lymph nodes in compound group, less in IgAN group, and between CP group and control group. Conclusion Serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and urine protein in the compound group rats changed more significantly. The number of plasma cells in mesenteric lymph nodes was more. The CP promoted the renal injury and renal function in rats. The increase of plasma cells may promote the deposition of IgA in the kidneys .
