通过12-羟基硬酯酸的聚合物与甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)的开环加成,制得大分子单体,用此大分子单体与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、GMA共聚制得分散稳定剂.在此分散稳定剂的存在下,通过分散聚合方法,制备了亚微米级的丙烯酸酯类微凝胶.用酸碱滴定、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、平均粒径分布等方法对该凝胶进行了测定,并对微凝胶在涂料中的应用进行了测试.结果表明:做凝胶能够显著改善涂料的假塑性.
The macromonomer was prepared by the ring-opening addition of 12-hydroxy stearic acid polymer and glycidyl methacrylate (GMA). The macromonomer was synthesized by copolymerization of this macromonomer with methyl methacrylate (MMA), GMA Dispersion stabilizer was prepared by copolymerization. Submicron acrylic microgels were prepared by dispersion polymerization in the presence of this dispersion stabilizer. The gel was measured by acid-base titration, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and average particle size distribution. The application of microgels in coatings was also tested. The results show that gel can significantly improve the pseudoplasticity of coatings.
