百年大计,教育为本。多年来,在应试教育影响下,传统的教育评价方式虽然能较好地测量学生掌握知识的情况,但却无法测量学生的学习兴趣、情感、态度等,无法测量学生的良好学习习惯和行为习惯,无法测量学生整个人生的价值。也就是说,无法对学生的素质作出全面合理的综合评价。这种把考试分数与学生价值等同起来的单一评价模式,已经不适合现行的素质教育改革的要求。为此,面对这样的现状,必须建立一种能全面了解学生的学习情况,激励学生的学习兴趣,评价学生全面发展的一种体系。
