研究表明,由于担心个人信息得不到有效的保护,人们对使用基于互联网的各种服务心存疑虑,严重影响到电子商务的发展。旨在给电子商务的发展营造宽松的发展环境,在网络隐私法律框架之外,以美国为代表的国家产生了基于市场运作的网络隐私第三方认证。为了减少网络用户担心隐私遭到侵犯的不安全感,不少网站加入网络隐私认证计划。本文介绍了网络隐私第三方认证运行机制,以及在保护个人隐私方面存在的不足之处,并提出完善第三方认证机制的策略,以期对我国的个人信息保护提供新的思路。
Research shows that due to concerns about the lack of effective protection of personal information, people have misgivings about the use of Internet-based services and seriously affect the development of e-commerce. Aiming to create a relaxed environment for the development of e-commerce. Outside the legal framework of Internet privacy, countries represented by the United States have produced third-party network privacy-based authentication based on market operations. In order to reduce the insecurity that Internet users are concerned about privacy being violated, many websites join the network privacy certification program. This paper introduces the operation mechanism of third party network authentication and its shortcomings in the protection of personal privacy and puts forward the strategy of perfecting the third party authentication mechanism in order to provide new ideas for the protection of personal information in our country.
