引沁灌区续建配套与节水改造工程自2005年开建以来,立足抓质量、出精品、创一流的理念,加强管理,内在质量均达到设计要求,可外在质量始终达不到理想要求。经过多次试验,不断总结,2002年困扰多年的明渠薄壁混凝土渠墙衬砌外观质量终于达到突破。使用钢模板、外排架、内拉筋结合的施工工艺彻底解决了施工过程中反复出现的胀模、错台、挂帘、蜂窝、麻面等现象。现将该施工工艺推荐给大家,以便在类似工程施工中参考。
