Baozhusi Power Plant has overcome the problems of no guidance from outside consulting firm, tight schedule and other factors. The successful implementation of 7S management in 2123 resulted in the promotion of staff literacy, solid foundation of safety production and enhanced awareness of conservation and efficiency.
