本文为作者学习系统理论联系植保工作实际的一篇习作。文章分三部分:第一部分说明植保系统工程的性质和特点。说明把系统理论引入植保科学、搞植保系统工程是植保科学发展的历史必然和植保技术现代化的一种需要。第二部分讲推行植保系统工程的基本想法:作者提出高层系统理论开发、中层系统技术科学应用与基层植保系统工程实践相结合,分头并进的思路。第三部分谈植保系统工程的核心问题。第四部分为植保侦、测、决、防新议。文章提出用现代系统理论中的耗散结构理论,灾变理论、协同论、混沌理论、分枝点理论来建立
This article is the author of a systematic review of phytosanitary practice. The article is divided into three parts: The first part explains the nature and characteristics of plant protection system engineering. It shows that the introduction of system theory into plant protection science and engineering of plant protection system is a necessity of the history of plant protection and the modernization of plant protection technology. The second part of the basic idea of implementing plant protection system engineering: the author put forward the idea of combining high-level system theory, middle-level system science and technology and grassroots plant protection system engineering practice, go hand in hand. The third part talks about the core issues of plant protection system engineering. The fourth part is plant protection investigation, measurement, decision, anti-new proposal. The paper proposes to establish the theory of dissipative structure, catastrophe theory, synergy, chaos theory and branching point theory in modern system theory
