采用卵蛋白等致敏大鼠哮喘模型,观察正常组、哮喘组和中药治疗组大鼠支气管肺泡上皮细胞粘附分子(ICAM-1)的表达情况及支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中磷脂酶A2(PLA2)活性变化,以及BALF中细胞总数及细胞分类情况。结果表明:复方抗敏灵能够抑制哮喘大鼠肺组织ICAM-1表达(P<0.01);显著降低哮喘大鼠BALF中PLA2活性(P<0.01);同时,具有降低哮喘大鼠BALF中各种炎性细胞的作用(P<0.01)。
Asthma model of sensitized rats such as ovalbumin was used to observe the expression of bronchoalveolar epithelial cell adhesion molecule (ICAM-1) in normal group, asthma group and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group, and phospholipase in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF). Changes in A2 (PLA2) activity, as well as cell population and cell classification in BALF. The results showed that: compound anti-allergy can inhibit the expression of ICAM-1 in the lung tissue of asthmatic rats (P<0.01); significantly reduce the activity of PLA2 in BALF of asthmatic rats (P<0.01); at the same time, it can reduce the asthma in rats with BALF. The role of various inflammatory cells (P<0.01).
