横县供电公司是由广西电力有限公司代管的县级供电企业,担负着全县22个乡镇108万人口的工农业供用电任务。2003年供电量为36608.96万kWh,售电量为34215.96万。横县是一个农业大县,全县农业人口有90多万人,农村供用电管理在公司的工作中占着显要的位置。随着农电“两改一同价”工作的不断深化和社会经济形势的发展,农村用电出现了许多新的矛盾和课题。供电所如何在新形势下,适应农电的发展,进一步搞好农电管理,提高经济效益和社会效益,我公司在供电所管理上进行了一些探索,取得了一定的成绩。现结合我公司在供电所管理中的工作实践,谈一点体会。
Hengxian Power Company is a county-level power supply enterprise entrusted by Guangxi Electric Power Co., Ltd., shouldering the task of supplying power for industry and agriculture with a population of 1.08 million in 22 towns and villages throughout the county. Power supply in 2006 was 366,089,600 kWh, with 342,159,600 electricity sales. Hengxian County is an agricultural county with an agricultural population of over 900,000 in the county. Rural electricity management plays an important part in the company's work. With the continuous deepening of “two changes and one price” work of rural power and the development of social and economic conditions, many new contradictions and problems have emerged in rural electricity use. Under the new situation, how to adapt to the development of rural power, to further improve the management of rural power and improve the economic and social benefits, the power supply company made some explorations in the management of power supply and achieved some success. Now with my company in the management of the power supply station in practice, talk about experience.
