目的通过回顾性分析新疆焉耆县维吾尔族高血压病患者血尿酸(SUA)水平与高血压水平及SUA水平与臂踝脉搏波传导速度(ba PWV)和颈动脉内膜中层厚度(ITM)的相关性。方法选取2014~2015年在新疆焉耆县人民医院住院的206例高血压病患者,根据SUA水平分为2组:高SUA血症组患者149例,并在该组中根据SUA的二分位数值,将以SUA 466μmol/L为界限分为两亚组SUA水平<466μmol/L的A组61例,以及SUA水平≥466μmol/L的B组88例。并将SUA水平正常者列为对照组共57例。所有患者均于入院时应用同一台全自动动脉硬化测定仪测量ba PWV,并由同一名血管超声技师应用同一台超声探头行ITM检测。结果两组间血压水平对照组与试验组比较,试验组中两亚组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间ba PWV和ITM比较,试验组中两亚组比较P<0.05。而相关性分析提示试验组中两亚组血压比较P<0.05,且血压水平与SUA水平相关性分析有相关性,SUA水平与血压水平呈正相关。结论 SUA水平对预测高血压及动脉硬化有重要的意义,且SUA水平越高,其颈动脉的粥样斑块越严重,两者有非常显著的相关性。
Objective By retrospectively analyzing the relationship between the level of uric acid (SUA), the level of hypertension and the level of SUA and the level of brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (ba PWV) and carotid artery intima-media thickness (ITM) in Uighur hypertensive patients in Yanqi County, Sex. Methods A total of 206 hypertensive patients hospitalized in Yanqi County People’s Hospital of Xinjiang from 2014 to 2015 were divided into two groups according to the SUA level: 149 patients with high SUA hyperlipidemia group. According to the dichotomous SUA value, SUA 466 μmol / L was divided into two subgroups: 61 cases in group A with SUA level <466 μmol / L and 88 cases in group B with SUA level ≥466 μmol / L. And normal SUA as a control group, a total of 57 cases. All patients were enrolled using the same automatic arteriosclerosis analyzer measuring ba PWV, by the same vascular ultrasound technician using the same ultrasound probe ITM test. Results The blood pressure level between the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Ba PWV and ITM between the two groups, the two subgroups in the experimental group compared P <0.05. Correlation analysis showed that the blood pressure in two subgroups of the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). There was a correlation between the blood pressure level and SUA level. The SUA level was positively correlated with the blood pressure level. Conclusions The level of SUA is important for the prediction of hypertension and arteriosclerosis. The higher the level of SUA, the more serious the carotid atherosclerotic plaque is, and the two have very significant correlation.
