建立了中华骨伤愈合剂中橙皮苷含量的 HPLC测定方法。用 C1 8色谱柱 ,乙腈 -0 .1%磷酸 (2 1∶ 79)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 83 nm。在 0 .0 3～ 3μg范围内 ,线性关系良好 (r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 10 1.4% ,RSD 0 .7%。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of hesperidin in Chinese bone-setting healing agent. The mobile phase was C18 column and acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (2: 1:79). The detection wavelength was at 2383 nm. The linearity was good (r = 0.9999) in the range of 0. 03 ~ 3 μg with an average recovery of 10 1.4% and a RSD of 0.7%.
