随着年龄的增长,各脏器均逐渐老化,功能减退。脂肪的过量堆程亦是多种疾病发生与发展的高危因素。为探索这两个因素对肾功能的影响。本文对血清、尿液肌红蛋白(Mb)、β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-M)水平进行了测定。对象和方法:正常老年人156例(60~82岁),中年人132例(45~59岁),青年人154例(18~44岁)。超过标准体重20%者为超体重组。血清、尿液Mb、β_2-M采用放免方法测定。结果和体会:Mb(mg/L):老年人血清48.13±36.84,尿液:2.84±1.12;中年人血清42.41±20.83,
