目的 研究医疗事故鉴定中责任程度的判定。 方法 通过对 3 0例医疗纠纷案件鉴定资料的回顾性研究和统计分析 ,分析医疗过失、疾病对不良后果的参与度 ,确定责任程度大小。 结论 在医疗事故鉴定过程中 ,需要特别注意疾病因素对不良后果的影响 ,这对判定责任程度很重要。
Objective To study the determination of the degree of responsibility in the identification of medical malpractice. Methods Through the retrospective study and statistical analysis of the appraisal data of 30 cases of medical disputes, we analyzed the medical negligence, the degree of participation of the disease on the adverse consequences, and determined the degree of responsibility. Conclusion In the process of medical malpractice identification, special attention should be paid to the impact of disease factors on the adverse consequences, which is very important for determining the degree of responsibility.
