邓小平国家利益观的鲜明特点是 :1 原则性 :处理国与国之间关系不能以意识形态和社会制度划线 ;2 坚定性 :国家主权和国家安全是最根本的国家利益 ,要始终放在第一位 ;3 统一性 :强调在维护自己国家利益时 ,不能损害别国的利益 ,认为国家利益与世界利益是可以统一的 ;4 创造性 :在维护国家利益的方式上 ,邓小平提出了一系列创造性的新观点和新方法。
The distinctive features of Deng Xiaoping’s view of the state interest are: 1. Principle: Handling of the relationship between countries can not be crossed with ideology and social system. 2. Determinedness: State sovereignty and national security are the most fundamental national interests. One; 3, unity: stressing that while safeguarding the interests of one’s own country, one can not undermine the interests of other countries and hold the view that the interests of the state and the interests of the world can all be unified. 4. Creativity: In the way of safeguarding national interests, Deng Xiaoping proposed a series of creative New ideas and new methods.
