目的:通过建立一套合理、有效的绩效考核评价指标,满足康复中心绩效评价。方法:采用德尔菲法和平衡计分卡原理建立与康复中心战略相关的绩效评价三级指标,通过层次分析法确定各指标权重。结果:构建康复中心平衡计分卡绩效考评指标体系,包括4个一级指标,9个二级指标,28个三级指标。结论:建立康复中心绩效评价指标,为绩效考评提供可借鉴的模板,有利于医院进行持续的质量改进,提高管理水平和服务能力。
Objective: To establish a reasonable and effective performance evaluation index to meet the performance evaluation of rehabilitation center. Methods: The Delphi method and Balanced Scorecard were used to establish the third level indicators of performance evaluation related to the strategy of rehabilitation center, and the weight of each index was determined by AHP. Results: The performance evaluation index system of balance card in rehabilitation center was constructed, including 4 first-level indicators, 9 second-level indicators and 28 third-level indicators. Conclusion: The establishment of rehabilitation center performance evaluation index for the performance evaluation can provide reference template is conducive to the hospital for continuous quality improvement, improve management and service capabilities.
