目的了解药学服务的含义及医院药学模式的转型,强调临床药学的重要性,在新形势下药师职能的转变,探讨药师在临床药学提供药学服务的必要性,以患者为中心,确保患者得到安全、有效、经济、合理的药物治疗。方法查阅相关文献归纳医院药学的发展趋势,分析药师药学服务模式的转型。结果随着医院药学的发展,药师服务的内容逐渐扩大和深入,药师的作用也重要起来,为每一位患者提供满意的专业化药学服务,改善医院用药管理。结论将工作重点由保障药品供应为主的被动药学服务,转向促进合理用药、提高药学监护水平为主的主动药学服务。
Objective To understand the meaning of pharmacy services and the transformation of hospital pharmacy model, emphasize the importance of clinical pharmacy, change the functions of pharmacists under the new situation, and explore the necessity of pharmacists to provide pharmacy services in clinical pharmacy. It provided every patient with satisfactory specialized pharmacy services and improved the administration of hospital medication. Conclusion The work will focus on the passive pharmacy services that mainly guarantee the supply of medicines, and turn to proactive pharmacy services that promote the rational use of medicines and improve the level of pharmacy care.
