(尤抒忱报道)水 产苗种是养殖生产最重要的生产资 料,其质量直接关系到养殖户的收 益和养殖产业的健康发展。为了适 应养殖发展现状的需要,进一步规 范水产苗种管理,认真贯彻执行国 家法律法规,保障苗种生产企业, 特别是养殖生产者的合法权益,促 进水产苗种质量的提高,2005年1 月5日,农业部以第46号令公布 了新修订的《水产苗种管理办法》
