投入产出模型显示 :目前 ,产值的约 6 1 %来自甜菜 ,新疆制糖业是一个与农业政策、农产品结构密切相关的行业 ,产品结构协调性分析表明 :在综合利用方面 ,新疆制糖比较成功的 ,但是也存在隐患。副产品只占到糖行业的 1 1 5 %,对提高我区制糖业的生存能力及适应能力几乎没有帮助。糖厂在提高产糖率 ,讲规模经营的同时 ,必须尽快改变整个糖业目前副产品结构单一的局面。
The input-output model shows that at present, about 61% of the production value comes from sugar beets. Xinjiang sugar industry is an industry closely related to agricultural policy and agricultural product structure. Analysis of product structure coordination shows that in terms of comprehensive utilization, Xinjiang sugar production is compared. Successful, but there are hidden dangers. By-products accounted for only 115% of the sugar industry, which has little help in improving the viability and adaptability of our sugar industry. When sugar factories increase their sugar production rate and speak of scale operations, they must change the current situation that the entire sugar industry has a single by-product structure.
