对颚式破碎机工作装置进行运动和动力分析,基于ADAMS建立了颚式破碎机的虚拟样机模型,并对其行程特征值、急回特性、最小传动角等运动和动力学特性进行了仿真研究。分析结果证实了颚式破碎机的运动特性能够满足破碎要求。该研究思路对颚式破碎机的优化设计具有一定的参考价值,为设计提供了有效的依据,有较强的实用性。
Based on ADAMS, the virtual prototype model of jaw crusher is established, and the movement and dynamic characteristics of its characteristics such as stroke characteristic, emergency response and minimum transmission angle are simulated. . The results of the analysis confirm that the jaw crusher’s motion characteristics meet the crushing requirements. The research idea has certain reference value for the optimization design of the jaw crusher, provides an effective basis for the design, and has strong practicability.
