冷拔工艺是钢材冷加工中常用的一种方法,但对钢材冷拔时的牵引力和内力的确定还缺乏研究。本文通过圆钢及圆管冷拔时的受力情况来分析冷拔工件在拔模内的受力情况,从单位体积变形功的大小来研究冷拔工件上所受内力与牵引力间的关系。工件经模具冷拔时,由于受模具挤压力的作用直径由大变小,外力作用的功用来克服工件的均匀变形及摩擦力等影响。从图1中可知,若工作受压力P作用,当长度从L_0变形至L_1时所作的变形功为W,即: W=integral from n=L_1 to L_0 PdL=integral from n=L_1 to L_0 fAdL式中P=fA。当均匀变形时单位体积内的
Cold drawing process is a commonly used method of cold working steel, but the cold drawing of steel traction and internal force to determine the lack of research. In this paper, the force condition of cold drawn workpiece in draft is analyzed by the force condition during the cold drawing of round bar and round tube. The relationship between internal force and traction force on cold drawn workpiece is studied from the size of unit deformation work.
