中盐新干公司热电厂铲车班王干平、郑剑斌师徒被公司评为2015年优秀师徒结对。铲车班长王干平师傅于1991年2月进厂至今一直从事铲车、行车操作,维护保养工作,二十六年的工作中,先后带了十几名徒弟,有的还在公司默默无闻地从事本岗位,有的则在外打拼。2014年6月接厂部安排,分来郑剑斌来铲车学徒,郑剑斌来时对铲、行车的基本理论和实践包括车辆结构、柴油动发动机、变矩器、驱动桥等知识都一无所知,维护保养都是从零学起。
