本文通过对Pd-Si-Ag非晶态合金的研究,证明该材料具有低衰减、低剪切波声速、高工作频率的特点,是一种具有广阔应用前景的新型超声延迟线材料。
In this paper, through the study of Pd-Si-Ag amorphous alloy, it has been proved that the material has the characteristics of low attenuation, low shear wave velocity and high operating frequency. It is a new type of ultrasonic delay line material with broad application prospects.
