平刨作为一种重要的木工加工机械已得到广泛应用。为了提高加工精度,刨头转速很高(在5000转/分以上),手指致残事故经常发生。多年来,各地为解决这一安全问题创造了多种安全防护装置,如电磁感应刹车装置,双层防护罩式安全装置等。通过多年实践,我们认为,刹车护罩等均属消极办法,如果采取自动进料的方法,手根本不进入危险区,才能彻底解决伤手指的安全问题。现将我们试制成功的一种光电自动进料平刨安全装置的结构、原理、性能等分述如下。
Planer as an important woodworking machine has been widely used. In order to improve the processing accuracy, the speed of the planer is very high (above 5000 rpm), and the disability of the fingers often occurs. Over the years, various localities have created a variety of safety protection devices to solve this safety problem, such as electromagnetic induction braking devices, double-shielded safety devices, etc. Through years of practice, we believe that the brake guards are all negative methods. If the automatic feeding method is adopted, the hand does not enter the danger zone at all, and the safety of the injured finger can be completely solved. The structure, principle, performance, etc. of a photoelectric automatic feed planer safety device that we have succeeded in trial production are described below.
