为了解内皮素(ET)和心钠素(ANF)在小儿肺炎病理过程中的作用,本文采用放射免疫法检测60例肺炎患儿血浆ET、ANF水平的变化,结果表明急性期组血浆ET、ANF水平明显高于恢复期组(p均<0.01),恢复期组与正常儿童组接近(P>0.05);伴有心衰的重症肺炎组血浆ET水平明显高于一般肺炎组(P<0.01);肺炎组动脉血氧分压与血浆ET水平呈负相关(P<0.05)。提示缺氧是肺炎患儿血浆ET水平增高的重要原因之一,血浆ET、ANF的增高可能在肺炎的病理生理变化中起着重要的作用。
In order to understand the role of endothelin (ET) and atrial natriuretic peptide (ANF) in the pathogenesis of pediatric pneumonia, we used radioimmunoassay to detect the plasma levels of ET and ANF in 60 children with pneumonia. The results showed that plasma ET, (P <0.01). The level of ET in severe pneumonia group with heart failure was significantly higher than that in general pneumonia group (P <0.01) ). The partial pressure of arterial oxygen in patients with pneumonia was negatively correlated with ET level (P <0.05). It is suggested that hypoxia is one of the important reasons for the increase of plasma ET in children with pneumonia. The increase of plasma ET and ANF may play an important role in the pathophysiological changes of pneumonia.
