针对振动筛侧板易撕裂、横梁易断裂等问题,设计了一种超静定结构横梁,并以Bernoulli-Euler梁理论为基础推导了梁谐振下的模态功率流公式,并从能量的角度分析了超静定结构和静定结构横梁在不同边界条件下的模态振型和模态功率流的分布情况,结果表明超静定结构横梁沿轴线方向的功率流分布较静定结构均匀且梁两端的幅值较小,说明梁传递给侧板的能量减少,改善了侧板的受力情况,一定意义上说可以提高侧板的寿命。
Aiming at the problems such as easy tearing of shaker side plate and easy breaking of beam, a kind of statically indeterminate structure beam was designed. Based on Bernoulli-Euler beam theory, the modal power flow formula under beam resonance was deduced. The distribution of modal vibration modes and modal power flow of statically determinate beam under different boundary conditions is analyzed. The results show that the distribution of power flow along the axial direction of statically indeterminate beam is more uniform than that of statically determinate one And the amplitude of both ends of the beam is small, indicating that the energy transmitted by the beam to the side plate is reduced and the stress on the side plate is improved. In a sense, the life of the side plate can be increased.
