在测定钼的荧光光度法中,用9-苯基取代萤光酮为荧光试剂的,仅见到2,7-二羟基萤光黄(QnPh)和邻羟基苯基萤光酮(SAF),它们是荧光测定钼较好的试剂。在此基础上我们合成了9-萘基取代萤光酮类的试剂邻羟基萘基萤光酮(β-HNF),该类试剂用于钼的荧光测定尚未见有报导。本文利用β-HNF与钼(Ⅵ)和CTMAB形成无荧光的三元配合物,使β-HNF-CTMAB体系的荧光定量熄灭,从而建立了荧光测定微量钼的新方法。本方法在某些方面优于SAF方法。在本法中钼(Ⅵ)的浓度与F试和ΔF(即ΔF空-F试)均呈直线关系,
