目的探讨小儿支气管肺炎应用盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗的疗效。方法将临床确诊的120例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为氨溴索治疗组60例,对照组60例,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗,观察其疗效及安全性。结果治疗组治愈率(91.3%)明显优于对照组(69.5%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而不良反应发生率低。结论盐酸氨溴索应用于小儿支气管肺炎,对于改善患儿的咳嗽咳痰、发热、肺部啰音等临床症状体征方面疗效显著,可提高有效提高患儿的治愈率,缩短病程。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of ambroxol hydrochloride injection in children with bronchopneumonia. Methods A total of 120 children with bronchopneumonia diagnosed clinically were randomly divided into ambroxol 60 cases and control group 60 cases. The treatment group was treated with Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection on the basis of the control group, and its efficacy and safety were observed Sex.
