目的:建立直接稀释-石墨炉原子吸收法测定人体血液中铝含量的方法。方法:用硝酸酸化,以0.2%Triton X-100溶液为基体改进剂稀释血样,石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定。结果:方法的线性范围为0μg/L~80μg/L,相关系数为0.999 8,相对标准差(RSD)为4.0%~10.0%,回收率为94.0%~98.0%,方法的最低检出限为2.1μg/L。结论:该方法精密度好、准确度高、快速简单,能满足血液中铝含量测定的要求。
Objective: To establish a direct dilution - graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry method for the determination of aluminum in human blood. Methods: The blood samples were diluted with 0.2% Triton X-100 as matrix modifier by acidification with nitric acid and determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results: The linear range of the method was 0μg / L ~ 80μg / L, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 4.0% -10.0% and the recovery was 94.0% ~ 98.0% 2.1 μg / L. Conclusion: The method has good precision, high accuracy, fast and simple, and can meet the requirements of determination of aluminum in blood.
