本文从分析供油提前角对柴油机燃烧过程的影响入手,依据发动机台架试验测定的供油提前角调整特性对比曲线和对林区机车实地检测的统计资料,论证了《4115型柴油机使用说明书》中规定的供油提前角调整规范是不切实际的。提出车上用定时管静态测量法检调供油提前角的最佳规范为12°~14°;并以此评估了供油提前角最佳规范化检调对节能的实用价值。
Based on the analysis of the influence of fuel supply advance angle on the combustion process of diesel engine, this paper proves that the “4115 Diesel Engine Manual” is based on the comparison curve of fuel supply advance angle adjusting characteristic measured by engine bench test and the field test data of forest locomotive, In the regulation of fuel supply advance angle adjustment is impractical.
